RS NA speaker, Djokic met chiefs of caucus and other RS parliamentary parties representatives. Djokic was requested to address the letter to the High Representative in order to solve the presidential crisis in RS.
Dodik talked to Members of RS Army staff and Ministry of defense on Army budget; The item is accompanied by statement of Momir Talic, who stressed that the RS Army was in very difficult situation and would not be able to solve the budgeting problems without the support of Government;
Radisic said that Stabilization pact for southeast Europe is inconceivable without FRY participation;
Head of European Commission, Sabatilov- Dodik talks on preparations for Stabilization pact conference in Sarajevo;
The pontoon bridge on Sava in Gradiska will be open on 15th of July. HR Carlos Westendorp supported the decision and sent a letter of support to the RS PM Dodik and RH PM Matesa. SRT carried the text of the letter.

FRY REACTIONS:
SRT carried the statements of DS, Momcilo Trajkovic (Serbian Movement of resistance), SPO, SPS, DSS, Socialdemocracy and ND); SRT also carried the statement of G-17 (group of experts in economy) which promoted the book “Balance Sheet”. Mladjan Dinkic, coordinator of this group said that without foreign assistance, the FRY economy might expect to reach last year’s level of industrial output only in 15 years.
Ministers of finances of both entities signed the Memorandum on European Commision donation, worth 60 million Euro.
Head of OSCE Mission to BiH, Robert Barry said that he would propose to PEC to hold the local elections in BiH on 8th of April, 2000. General elections in BiH and the elections for joint institutions will be held in October 2000. He believes that the elections could be hold in accord with the permanent election law.
