Belgrade
The European representative in the Kosovo peace negotiations announces that an agreement on the Kosovo peace plan has been reached. Ahtisaari announced this after two days of negotiations with the US and Russian representatives. The Special Russian Envoy Victor Chernomyrdin said that Russian and NATO troops would participate separately in the international peace troops in Kosovo. Bonn
A report on the talks held today in Bonn and international reactions. The peace agreement reached today in Bonn will be presented to the Yugoslav leadership. The US President, Bill Clinton, announced sending 7,000 ground troops to Kosovo.
Yugoslavia
During the last 24 hours, main targets of NATO planes in Serbia were TV transmitters. NATO confirmed that they have performed air strikes against the Yugoslav military posts in Kosovo. The strikes were severest in the Prizren area. Fights between the Kosovo Liberation Army and the Yugoslav Army are going on, OBN reporter from Belgrade, Tatjana Stankovic, confirmed.
Sarajevo
A report on refugees from the Federal Republic Yugoslavia in BiH. According to the International Red Cross, some 104,000 refugees have come to BiH since the beginning of the crisis. The UN High Commissioner for Refugees, Sadako Ogata, visited a refugee camp Rakovica 1 near Sarajevo.
Banja Luka
A report from the session of the RS National Assembly where implementation of decision which denies arbitrary decision on Brcko, dismissal of Nikola Poplasen from the position of the RS President and stopping of Serb representatives activities in the BiH joint institutions were discussed.
Sarajevo
The Provisional Election Commission decided to suspend activities of the political parties regarding the forthcoming elections. This means suspension of political parties, independent candidates and coalitions registration for the forthcoming municipality elections and submitting of the candidates lists. Registration of voters continues. Office for voting abroad has been moved from Vienna to Sarajevo. OBN reporter, Sanjin Beciragic, produced a report.
Srednja – Bosna Canton
A piece on election of the new Interior Minister and his Deputy in the Srednja Bosna Canton. The UN mission in BiH doubt nominated candidates are appropriate for cooperation, Kelly Moore, the UN Spokesperson said.
Travnik
OBN reporter from Tranvik, Jasmina Telalagic, reports on reactions of the Srednja – Bosna Canton leadership regarding the High Representative, Carlos Westendorp, and the Head of the OSCE in BiH, Robert Barry, request for dismissal of the Deputy Minister of Trade and Tourism and Deputy Minister of Energetic. The leadership of the Canton has agreed with the decision.
Bugojno
A report on the meeting between the President of the BiH Federation, Ivo Ilic Luzanski, with the leadership of the Bugojno Municipality. They were discussing refugee return, reconstruction, schooling system, employment.
Rastani (Mostar)
A piece on the visit of the Croat representatives to the Rastani village where Bosniak and Serbs are returning although the reconstruction process is slow.
Maglaj
Announced return of 5,000 Serbs to Magaj, currently place in the Doboj area, has not been implemented. Although some of the houses have been reconstructed, problem of the political nature still exists. Official contacts of authorities between Doboj and Maglaj do not exist, Ismet Mustabasic, Mayor of the Maglaj Municipality said.

A report on discussion for establishing Independent Syndicate of Journalists in the RS. OBN reporter from Banja Luka, Valentina Knezevic, reports that although one syndicate already exists in the RS, journalists think that this syndicate is not strong enough to protect them.

Budapest
A piece on the International Children Day, May 30th. This year, the Day was celebrated in Budapest, and children from an elementary school from Podlugovi near Sarajevo were representatives of BiH.
Sarajevo
A report on the first private school of journalism in BiH. The first generation finished the schooling, which lasted for 9 months. Damir Kaletovic and Mustafa Radoncic, OBN associates, were among best students.
