In view of subsequent media coverage regarding the alleged adoption of the "Action Plan" for the City of Mostar, the Deputy High Representative and the Head of OHR (South), Ambassador Colin Munro, would like to repeat his statement at yesterday’s press conference in full:

The High Representative, Wolfgang Petritisch, welcomes the decision of the Political Affairs Committee of the Council of Europe to recommend the accession of Bosnia and Herzegovina to the Council of Europe. The Senior Deputy High Representative, Ambassador Matthias Sonn, today met with five members of the Collegia of both Houses of the BiH Parliament insludig the Chairs and Deputy Chairs of the Houses: Zeljko Mirjanic, Sead Avdic, Mariofil Ljubic, Ilija Simic and Nikola Spiric - to discuss the work of the Parliamentary Assembly in the upcoming period

The High Representative, Wolfgang Petritsch, visited New York on Thursday and Friday to address the UN Security Council and to hold talks with, among others, UN Development Program Regional Director for Europe and the CIS (Commonwealth of Independent States), Kalman Mizsei.
