Within the framework of the case-based track of the Anti-Crime and Corruption Unit (ACCU) strategy, the incumbent will co-ordinate and guide investigations undertaken in the area of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) by the appropriate local investigation agencies with a view towards developing corruption and fraud cases for prosecution.

Legal Officer, under the direct supervision and guidance of the Head of Section, reviews Entity legislation and drafts new laws to replace Entity laws in accordance with the Final Award and the Statute of the Brcko District.

The role is to provide a general focal point for the OHR Press Office in the Banja Luka Area of Responsibility under the supervision of the Director of Communications. The Head of Regional Press Office will provide communications advice and support to the Head of Region consistent with the OHR’s overall media strategy.

The Legal/Judicial Reform Officer will coordinate the implementation of programs and initiatives of the Legal Reform Office under the direction of the office head.
