he Senior Political Advisor for Strategy and Planning advises the High Representative (HR) and other senior OHR staff on the strategic positioning of the OHR, with the aim of increasing the operational effectiveness of the organization within the international community and in dealing with the authorities of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH).

The Senior Coordinator and Planning Adviser will work as part the Office of the High Representative’s Political and Economic Department and as such will be responsible for planning, coordinating and implementing the work of the Department under the direct guidance and supervision of the Head Department.

IT Intern will take part of IT Helpdesk under the coordination of IT Helpdesk specialist and will provide support to end-users. His/her duties will involve providing telephone advice and support, tracking and resolving IT problems, as well as reporting and documenting them.

The post holder will work on a range of substantive issues targeted to ensure effective support of broader activities of the Banja Luka Regional Office.

The Senior Political Adviser will work as part of the Security Sector Advisory Unit within the Political and Economic Department of the Office of the High Representative.

Providing opportunities to young, motivated students and/or recent graduates with good academic achievements to gain some work experience during university study or after graduation and develop their skills and knowledge in the particular field of interest before entering the job market.

The Archive Assistant will be responsible for supporting the work of the OHR Archivist. Work might include transfer of records to the General Archives, and destruction of records deemed to be of no continuing value.
