The representatives of international community expressed their concern regarding a number of key reforms, including the State Law on Higher Education, the Law on Conflict of Interest, the creation of a single statistics structure, and State Debt Settlement Law. The representatives of International community have presented Prime Minister Bukejlovic an index of policy issues where a lack of cooperation, was identified, on the side of the RS Government.

BiH is on the verge of entering Stabilization and Association negotiations with European Union.  It is a time of crucial importance for the entire country. The RS and the RS Government urgently need to address these issues. The EC made it very clear that the negotiations will depend on continued reform in BiH, namely progress in police reform, ICTY cooperation and the PBS reform.
