The High Representative, Paddy Ashdown, Chairman of the Council of Ministers Adnan Terzic, Chairman of the Expert Commission on Intelligence Reform Kalman Kocsis, and Senior Deputy High Representative Werner Wnendt will hold a press conference
at 13.00 on Tuesday 16 September, at the OHR, SarajevoThis press conference will mark the formal presentation by the High Representative to the Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the draft Law on Intelligence and Security Agency, prepared by the Intelligence Reform Commission. The draft law was submitted by the Commission to the High Representative at the beginning of August following two months of intensive discussions. The law will establish a single intelligence structure in BiH, in line with democratic principles and practice elsewhere in Europe.
