RHB - The constitutional changes talks continue today with the discussion on the BiH Presidency reform. SDA President Sulejman Tihic expressed a hope that an agreement would be reached during continuation of the talks and that the solution, which is the best for BiH citizens and that is a functional institution of the President would be accepted.

RS Radio - Christian Schwarz Schilling, the newly appointed HR to BiH, has announced he would not restrain from using his vast Bonn powers if found necessary. In a statement to the Vienna daily “Die Presse”, Schilling said he does not support hasty use of Bonn powers.

RHB - FBiH House of Peoples is in session today. The chamber should be discussing amendments to the FBiH Constitution related to transfer of defence authorities from the entity onto the state.
