Ambassador Farrand issued a supplemental award prolonging the ban of privatisation transactions without prior permission of the Supervisor. The supplemental award now also pertains to the part of the Brcko municipality in the BiH Federation and it has already been applied in the part of the Brcko Municipality which belongs to the RS. The supplemental award declares illegal all transactions opposing Farrand’s award issued in December 1997 or this award.
BiH Presidency held a meeting in Sarajevo where they discussed Annex 7 of DPA and Bosnia’s lawsuit against FRY before The Hague Tribunal. BiH Presidency members agree that all activities and nominations that took place after the adoption of the DPA, related to Bosnia’s lawsuit against FRY before the Hague Tribunal, should be analysed. The BiH Presidency Members’ advisors will present the first analysis at the next Presidency session. The analysis will encompass nominations of agents and co-agents before the Tribunal as well as additional charges pressed by the Federation in 1998. The BiH Presidency Members also talked on return of refugees, customs service, law on nominations (proposed by Izetbegovic).
36 Serb refugee families were given the keys to new apartments built in Bijeljina (Pet Jezera). RS PM Dodik and Ambassador Koschnik attended. The item is followed by statements of both, Koschnik and Dodik.

SRT Correspondent from Belgrade (Draga Grubic) reports on: incidents in Kosovo, Albanians destroying the building of the Yugoslav Committee for co-operation with the UN in Pristina, Albanians beating up Serb priests, Serbs leaving Kosovo, Albanians returning to the province, KLA disarmament. SRT also carried the news on Alliance for Change rally which took place in Cacak (town in central Serbia). The item is accompanied by REUTERS, APTN and RTS footage including some showing demonstrators at the rally in Cacak.
FRY REACTIONS
SRT carried the statements of SPO, DS, DS FRY (Slobodan Vuksanovic), GSS, Vojvodina Coalition.
The RS Dep.PM Djuradj Banjac met the Federation Minister of energy, mining and industry, Mirsad Salkic. The main topic was improvement of inter-entity economic relations, particularly the aligning of the taxation system.
