The RS President, Biljana Plavsic addressed in BL today the domestic and international media. The RS President warned that the events in Drvar, Doboj and Derventa seriously endangered the two basic segments of the DA – the refugee return and the freedom of movement.

With the aim to overcome the problems of intolerance and the violence in Drvar, an agreement on reconstructing the police will be formally signed in Livno tomorrow. This agreement was reached this morning between the Canton 10 and the IPTF, the spokesman for IPTF Alun Roberts stated. He also stated at the press conference that the new license plates and the registration documents can be obtained starting from today in the Public Security Center in Banja Luka. It was emphasized that no vehicles will be able to pass the international borders after June 1st without the single license plates.

The RS President Biljana Plavsic received today a Chinese Ambassador to BiH. During a very short friendly visit they discussed the improvement of the bilateral relations between the RS, BiH and China.
