Talks between Ostoja Kremenovic and Svetozar Mihajlovic and local authorities of Srpska Kostajnica, Kozarska Dubica and Novi Grad on the border dispute between BiH and Croatia. Vladimir Lukic and Ilija Lukic, members of the Experts’ Commission for Delimitation also attended the meeting. The details of the meeting will be released later.
Dodik and Radisic had separate meetings with Special Commissioner of the Council of Europe in Banja Luka today. They discussed issues relating to BiH admission to the Council of Europe. The Special Commissioner said that RS officials would have to take an important part of the responsibility for BiH’s admission and that the legal regulations would be adopted by Federation Assembly, the RS NA and BiH Parliament. Radisic said that it was in the interest of BiH to be admitted to the Council of Europe as an equal member.

SRT correspondent from Belgrade (Radmila Urosevic) reports on incidents throughout Kosovo, protests of reservists in many towns in Serbia, opposition activities. SRT carried the statements of Momir Bulatovic, Filip Vujanovic (Montenegrin PM), National Party from Montenegro, Democratic Party of Socialists (led by Milo Djukanovic), SPO, DS, DSS, SRS, Borislav Jovic (former President of the Presidency of former Yugoslavia) and the League of Social-democrats of Vojvodina.
Press conference of international agencies in Sarajevo: EU will spend 1.5 million EUROs on the organisation of the forthcoming Summit on Stability Pact in Sarajevo. The rest of the expenses will be assumed by the IC and BiH. OHR criticised the Federation Parliament for not adopting the law on federal television. Stiglmayer expresses OHR’s discontent regarding the media situation in BiH. UN informed journalists of the opening of the Police Academy in Banja Luka emphasising that more non-Serb students should be enrolled at the Academy in the future.
High Rep Westendorp suspended Mehmed Alagic, the mayor of Sanski Most municipality, due to omissions in the implementation of the DPA. Westendorp authorised the Assembly of Sanski Most Municipality to elect a new temporary mayor.
