FRY reactions:
- Momir Bulatovic: UN SC resolution preserves the territorial integrity and sovereignty of FRY. This resolution prevents any kind of terrorism and eliminates the possibility of Kosovo independence. That is why we accepted this plan. It is not NATO that entered Kosovo, but international troops under UN auspices, said Bulatovic in interview for “Dani” (newspapers from Podgorica)
- Slobodan Vucetic, Justice of the Constitutional Court of Serbia: As far as national integrity and sovereignty are concerned UN SC plan is not much better than the plan offered in Rambouillet, because this plan includes the complete elimination of the FRY Army from Kosovo and it also includes foreign civil administration.
