According to the statement issued by the cabinet of the RS NA Speaker Dragan Kalinic there will be no changes related to the place, time and the agenda of the special session of the RS National Assembly. However, the representatives of the Serb National Alliance, the Socialist Party of RS and the Independent Social Democrats informed today at the press conference that they would not attend the special session in Doboj. We decided not to attend the session scheduled by the RS NA Speaker Dragan Kalinic due to not getting the materials for the two very important items of the agenda. These are the report on the work of the joint institutions of B&H and the report on hand over of Ministries and other state institutions. Since these are extremely important issues, we consider that the holding of the session without previous preparations would be illogical. The second reason is the following: we consider that this session has to be attended by the RS President and Prime Minister. However, on that day the two of them will pay the official visit to the Serb Patriarch Pavle, which cannot be canceled, and therefore will be stopped to come to the session, Mr. Bastinac stated and added that at the following session those three parties would suggest that the sessions of the RS NA be held in Banjaluka regularly. The three parties sent a letter to Mr. Kalinic and asked him to convene the meeting with the representatives of all parties at which the session of the RS NA would be prepared detailedly.
