Banja Luka Municipal Court rules on SNS Kostic request
The SNS RS loyal to President Dragan Kostic issued a press release following a ruling by the Banja Luka Municipal Court. It points out that the Court rejected the SNS request to change the name(s) of authorized SNS officials registered in the court’s record that would officially represent the party. It claims that the ruling is scandalous, was politically imposed and absent of fundamental legal principles and that it was rendered under political pressure. Kostic claims that the new SNS leadership was denied its existence by this court ruling. According to the release, Kostic concluded that the ruling of the Banja Luka Municipal Court would not stop the process of democratization and SNS recruitment and growth.

RS Intelligence Service to sue Reporter Editor-in-chief Perica Vucinic
The RS Intelligence Service announced that it would sue weekly Reporter magazine acting Director and Editor-in-chief Perica Vucinic. Reporter has been publishing articles alleging that the RS Intelligence Service carried out the illegally bugging and wiretapping of political and public personages in the RS. The latest issue of Reporter even published a list of the persons who had been bugged. Reporter, in its two latest issues, published articles on the Service’s secret operations, claiming that, a few month ago, the Service started intensive wiretapping and surveillance of persons from all sectors of public life who did not have a positive opinion of the regime’s leaders (referring to the RS). Reporter learnt that the operation, code named ‘Black Raven’, is especially focused on citizens who frequently have contact with Belgrade. Reporter claims that persons on the list include political leaders, leaders of political parties, certain ministers, delegates in the RS National Assembly, generals of the RS Army and other public persons. It also claims that three ‘bugging points’ exist in Banja Luka. Reporter says that it knows the locations of these ‘points’ and the persons doing the bugging (surveillance). Furthermore, according to Reporter, other points exist: one in Bijeljina, two in Srpsko Sarajevo and one in Trebinje. Due to such allegations by Reporter, the RS Intelligence Service stated it was going to sue Perica Vucinic. Deputy Director of the RS Intelligence Service Predrag Ceranic wonders what the motives were that initiated Reporter to cause such a stir during such a difficult and uncertain political/security situation (in the RS). The Service said it would investigate the background behind this entire situation. Ceranic said that the Service has been working in accordance with legal principles and the law. The RT RS requested Vucinic to give more-detailed information, but he was not available for comment. In a press release, Vucinic stated that he would present evidence to confirm the weekly magazine’s articles and prove that the RS Intelligence Service did in fact carry out wiretapping and other forms of surveillance.
