Njegus: RS MoI did not want to hide 16 boxes of information

He regarded these claims as having resulted from misunderstanding. Glas Srpske pg 2 ‘Boxes cause misunderstanding’ – Njegus confirmed that the boxes in question contain part of the documentation that refers to the events between July 10 and 19 1995 in Srebrenica. He added: “The boxes include the MoI archive dating from 1992 to 1998, so that some of it does refer to that period.” He said that 16 boxes of archived documents had been found in a police station in BHTV 1 Fri at 17.50 – Njegus said that the RS Interior Ministry found the documents while searching for the archives of the RS President’s Office. Kalinic: Issue of Karadzic, Mladic is a matter of ‘to be or not to be’ for RS
| BHTV 1 Sat – In an interview to Sense news agency, SDS President and the Speaker of the RS National Assembly, Dragan Kalinic, stated that the issue of arrest of the Radovan Karadzic, Ratko Mladic and others on the ICTY indictee’s list is a matter of “to be or not to be” for RS. RTRS Sat – Kalinic said that he wants to believe that Karadzic and Mladic are aware of the fact that their hiding endangers RS. Answering the question what would he do if he would know about whereabouts of Karadzic and Mladic, Kalinic said: “It would my duty, as a high official of RS, to pass that information to authorized institutions. At first place, I would give that information to my police because it would be reflection of my trust. I suppose that my police would forward that information to international forces if they want to cooperate”. |
