The London Times reported that Milosevic’s name has been added to the sealed indictment list, for suspicions of responsibility for war crimes in Croatia and BiH, quoting the sources from the Hague Tribunal. NATO continued its strikes on Yugoslavia during the last night. Several targets in Belgrade were hit, as well as targets in Nis, Raska, and Pristina. British and French aircraft also participated the action. NATO Military representative, UK Air-Commodore Wilby said that: “if the weather forecast remains favourable, and we will continue to intensify our operations, we will capitalise on the clear weather to attack strategic and operational targets toward the operational area, but in particular, we will focus our attention on fielded forces in Kosovo.”

CoM Co-chairman Silajdzic met with Macedonian Charge d’affair in BiH Rumenoski, discussing the Kosovo crisis and difficulties in Macedonian reception of refugees. Many foreign reporters from Macedonia border appealed for assistance to Kosovo refugees, warning that epidemics of hepatitis and other infectious diseases are imminent.

Montenegrin Premier Vujanovic gave an exclusive statement for RTV BiH and said that “should Milosevic attempt to carry out a coup d’etat its price will be far bigger than the last time he attempted the coup.” Vujanovic also said that Montenegro “succeeded to make a police which will prevent coup d’etat with non-police behaviour, which especially impressed the International Community.”

Presidency member Izetbegovic’s Advisor Hajric estimated BiH Presidency Chairman Radisic’s activities as inconsistent. “Radisic appealed on other Presidency members to restrain from discord statements, and he himself is writing a letter to the Security Council Chairman, UN Secretary General and the High Representative and makes points that are his own and not of BiH,” Hajric explained.

The RS Government demanded Haris Silajdzic’s replacement due to his statement about NATO strikes on Yugoslavia. The RS Government held a session today and was supposed to discuss this issue, but instead, it discussed the set of property laws and made decision to repair the Belgrade-Bar railroad track that was blown up by SFOR, as soon as possible.

A hand-grenade was thrown at SFOR’s abandoned building in Bijeljina. As this is the fifth incident in Bijeljina, SFOR temporarily abandoned this town. SFOR representatives said that SFOR is monitoring the situation on BiH borders and that they would prevent any attempt of any foreign army intrusion.
