Solana, Clark and Shea arrived to Pristina. General Clark said that evidence on Serbian crimes is increasing and that this justifies the air campaign against the Serbians in Kosovo. NATO Secretary General Solana called Serbians not to leave Kosovo, and said that KFOR would watch over them – “Stay and give peace a chance” Solana said.

Two-day meeting of FA Ministers of the Central-European Initiative member countries ended today in Karlove Vari, the Czech Republic. All participant praised the Stability Pact meeting that is to be held in Sarajevo next month. BiH delegation head, FA Minister Jadranko Prlic presented the progress in peace implementation in BiH, and said that BiH is “the only country with no limits in receiving refugees, which showed up as a wise state policy.”

The Peace Implementation Council Madrid Document anticipates establishment of borderline service of BiH by October 1 1999. After today’s meeting between BiH Presidency members, Carlos Westendorp and UN Secretary General Special Envoy Elisabeth Rehn, the hope was expressed that this deadline will be fulfilled.

At the OSCE press conference, Ambassador Barry said that Municipal elections in BiH will be held on April 8, 2000. This decision was made after consultations with BiH officials, political parties and Peace Implementation Council representatives.

The Tuzla Canton Assembly supported proposition of the Canton President and Justice Minister and replaced Cantonal Prosecutor, his two deputies and Municipal Prosecutor in Tuzla.

Sarajevo Canton Government demanded severe actions against any form of criminal. The Prosecution, the Courts and the Police are demanded to develop better co-ordination in order to achieve better efficiency in investigation and criminal prosecution of perpetrators of criminal activities.
