The slow pace of privatization is not the only matter in question, but also the fact that privatization is proceeding in the wrong direction, Silajdzic stated. Silajdzic concluded that the US Government made the wrong move by withdrawing its support, because the privatization concept must not be abandoned, but upgraded.

DNZ announces participation in local elections in 98 BiH municipalities
The Democratic People’s Community (DNZ) announced its participation in the local elections in BiH in 98 municipalities, but submitted candidate lists for only 10 municipalities. The reason for this, according to DNZ Vice-president Rifat Dolic, is constant intimidation of DNZ candidates. The DNZ will not participate in the Una-Sana Canton session on Thursday if the election of a new governor is not carried out by secret ballot.
