Petritsch and Barry must decisively respond to provocation by Jelavic, Prlic and others – CD Coalition
In reaction to the HDZ BiH session on Saturday, CD Coalition delegates on the Mostar City Council issued a press release, asking High Representative Wolfgang Petritsch and Head of the OSCE Mission to BiH Robert Barry to respond decisively to HDZ BiH officials Jelavic, Prlic, Tomic, Brajkovic and others. CD Coalition delegates demand that all those who obstruct progress be held accountable. “The last HDZ BiH Presidency declaration proves that cooperation on the local level is not enough in Mostar. A more efficient approach by the International Community towards the HDZ BiH leadership is necessary” reads a CD Coalition press release.

Bijeljina authorities illegally give away Bosniak land to Serb refugees
Despite the decisions by the former and current High Representatives to ban the misuse of refugee property, local Bijeljina authorities continue such practices. The Bijeljina Municipal Council made a decision at its last session to allot 3,000 construction sites and give them to Serb refugees living in Bijeljina, CD Coalition Caucus Chairman on the Bijeljina Municipal Council Faik Muhic stated. What is surprising is that such a decision has provoked no reaction from International Community representatives or the OHR. Muhic warned that misappropriations of property, mostly belonging to Bosniaks, continue in Bijeljina, although there are no funds available for compensation. CD Coalition delegates believe only decisive action from the International Community can stop this practice in Bijeljina.
