SFOR did not receive reply from BiH Presidency member Jelavic, about withdrawal of promotion of HVO generals, SFOR spokesman Thompson said. According to the recent information, no agreement was reached yet.

Autopsy of Gagovic’s body, killed by SFOR members in Foca Saturday, is completed. Team of forensics, led by a Serb forensic completed the work. RS President Poplasen sent a letter to SFOR Commander Meigs and said that SFOR violated its mandate, which is visible from the manner the action was conducted.

Croatian media published statement of OHR spokesperson, which says that is still unknown is Martinbrod going to be in BiH or Croatia. We asked for explanation on whether the OHR is changing its attitude. In a statement for BiH TV, OHR spokesperson Stiglmeyer said that as far as the International Community is concerned, Martinbrod will remain in BiH.
