Federation Parliament House of Peoples session was suspended today before the agenda was adopted. Croat representatives said they would not participate in the work of the HoP until the report on the terrorist acts in Central Bosnia Canton is made. Croat representatives demanded from the Federal MUP to make report of all terrorist acts in the CB Canton, and to discuss this report at extraordinary HoP session that is to be held before continuance of today’s session.

At the Brcko Arbitration session, the Federal delegations demanded Brcko to be in the Federation, for, as it was said, the Serb side did not fulfill any order from the Additional Arbitration Decision. Brcko Police head, Gavric testified at the session and said he has no knowledge of any bomb attack on houses of returnees. Testimony of RS Premier Dodik and RS National Assembly President Djokic is expected to take place tomorrow.

Regular annual session of OSCE was held today in Vienna, discussing the situation in Croatia. The General assessment is that despite of positive moves, the process of fulfilling international requests was practically stopped in Croatia.

Ministries for refugees and displaced persons of the BiH Federation and the RS signed the joint statement in order to organise returns between the two entities. It was decided that displaced persons could apply for return in closest municipality information centre in BiH until April 1999.

Survived from Srebrenica are still searching for the truth about their closest ones. The Srebrenica women held peaceful demonstration in Tuzla, demanding “the truth for us – punishment for criminals.” The Srebrenica women appealed on local and international authorities to continue their work on finding and punishing the responsible for Srebrenica massacre, and expressed their solidarity with the Kosovo women.

40 killed Albanians from the Racak village were buried today. OSCE Verification Mission Chief Walker was also present at the funeral.
