Five new decisions and laws, made on the last day of the High Representative, Carlos Westendorp’s mandate, were announced today. The decisions refer to identity cards, reconnection of pre-war telephone lines, joint symbols, administrative taxes and the decision on the Dragan Cavic case.
This was followed by a report on the signing of a financial agreement between the European Commission and the BiH Council of Ministers which would enhance the return of refugees in BiH during this year. In order to achieve as best results as possible, the programme would be directed towards several geographical areas, with the focus on the eastern part of Republika Srpska.

Banja Luka

The agreement was signed during the Summit, although the President of the RS National Assembly, Petar Dokic, said that the agreement could not be implemented or ratified in the RS.
