The Yugoslav President, Vojislav Kostunica visited Sarajevo today. Mr. Kostunica met the B&H delegation. The Head of the UN Mission in B&H, Jacques Klein also attended the meeting. “The Dayton Peace Accords is one of the basic constitutional acts for the FRY at the moment”, Mr. Kostunica said. The Chairman of the B&H Presidency, Zivko Radisic said that one of the basic tasks for foreign ministries of the two countries would be establishment of diplomatic relations. Mr. Kostunica announced similar discussions in Podgorica, Amarildo Gutic reported.

The “Circle 99” session took place today in Sarajevo. “Serbia is a robbed, sick old country, which will not find way out from the political crisis for a long time”, said Belgrade opposition journalist, Petar Lukovic, who was one of the participants in the session. The RS Education Union sent an ultimatum to the RS Government, informing them that teachers would not organise a strike only in case the Government pays the demanded money for schools, Sanela Zivkovic reported.
