The High Representative in BiH, Wolfgang Petritsch, decided to ensure the implementation of the Dayton Peace Agreement on the whole territory of BiH. Today the High Representative dismissed the Minister of Justice in the Canton 10, Stipo Babic, due to the current, unsatisfactory situation in Drvar, Glamoc and Grahovo, especially regarding the minorities. The High Representative also appointed the new Mayor of the Drvar Municipality. Instead of Milo Marceta, the new Mayor is Momcilo Bajic from the Coalition for Drvar Party.

Washington
The US Congress has initiatived the establishment of an independent group of international investigators and judges in order to determine whether international donor money for BiH was used properly. Kemal Kurspahic reported from Washington for OBN.
Brussels
At the first inauguration meeting of the Stability Pact members in Brussels, it was decided that the round table meeting about security in the South East Europe would be held in Sarajevo. All meetings regarding security will be held in BiH, between January 1st and June 30th next year. The report was produced by OBN journalist, Damir Kaletovic.

A report on the interruption of the fifth session of the BiH Federation House of Peoples. However, the representatives succeeded to adopt laws on archive, payment operations and telecommunications in the BiH Federation before being interrupted by disputes between political parties. Tjesilo Village (Fojnica)
A report on finishing the reconstruction of 12 houses in the Tjesilo village in the Fojnica municipality. This was followed by a report on the village Kazijevici, 10 kilometers further, where a stable of returnees was burned.
Usora
Today USAID promoted two new projects from the programme for municipality infrastructure and services – the water supply system in Usora and long-distance electric power transmission line in Doboj. The report was produced by OBN reporter from the area, Nela Kacmarcik.
