Haris Silajdzic, President of the Organizational Board, today announced the decision to hold the Summit on the Stability Pact for South-East Europe in Sarajevo on July 29 and 30, 1999. The Heads of State and Governments will meet at regional level on July 29 and on July 30 the Heads of State and Governments will sign the Pact on Stability for South-East Europe. A member of the Organizational Board, Jadranko Prlic emphasized the importance of the content of this Summit reported OBN’s Damir Kaletovic. According to information from Brussels, official decision of these dates will be made on Friday. Mirko Klarin from Brussels reported on this.
Mostar
Besides the meeting with representatives of local authorities in Mostar, Ambassador Robert Barry said there was unanimous support for the Stability Pact. Mirsad Behram from Mostar made a piece on this.

There was a problem at the session of the Peoples’ Assembly of the Republika Srpska in coordination with the Agenda. According to the report of Tatjana Lajsic from Banja Luka the main question was “How to make a new government?”.

Furniture factory “Javor” was announced as the first company to be sold in the privatization process in Prijedor. As Director of this company announced, all citizens of BiH have the right to participate in the auction. Milena Letic-Joves made a piece on this.

Kosovo
Louise Arbour visited Cereme, village in Kosovo, where British experts found bodies of 11 children from 2 up to 16 years amongst other bodies. She expressed how touched she was when she saw the evidence of the crime on the ground. She announced that Milosevic’s accusation could be stretched for the crime of genocide also. NATO Commander for Europe, Wesley Clark asked Albanians to accept the Russian troops in Kosovo with confidence. This was followed by information on protests in Kosovo and Serbia.
Srebrenica
Women and mothers from Srebrenica visited this town four years after the fall. Together with representatives of the International Association of Different Organizations with name “Justice for Srebrenica” they laid flowers. After four years there was also Muslim prayer.
Sarajevo
Book “Srebrenica – Documents and Testimonies” was promoted today. This promotion was organized by the Institute for researches of Crimes against Humanity. OBN’s Sevko Bajic made a piece on this.
