Women of Srebrenica and Podrinje protested in front of SFOR headquarters in Dubrave, near Tuzla. They demanded stationing of SFOR troops in Podrinje. Otherwise, they won’t be able to return to their homes. Reported by Adis Nisic.
Potocari
Bosniacs and Serbs still haven’t agreed about construction of a commemorative centre in Potocari, where all victims of genocide in this area would be buried. Serbs agreed with the construction, but the location is the main problem. The International Community will have to involve more actively in order to solve this problem. Sanski Most
220 Serb families demanded restitution of their property in the village of Tomina, near Sanski Most. More than 50 returnees live in an elementary school, without basic conditions for normal life. Return process in Bratunac started in February. There were numerous incidents in this area. Therefore, returnees demand protection from the international community. Reported by Muhamed Berbic.
