The High Representative, Wolfgang Petritsch, today congratulated President Jozo Krizanovic on assuming the position of Chair of the BiH Presidency and expressed his best wishes for success.
The High Representative emphasised the need for a joint effort of the Presidency and the Council of Ministers to advance the work of the Inter-state Councils that have been established with Croatia and the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia.
He also stressed the crucial symbolism of the Presidency in Bosnia and Herzegovina and the importance of its members’ presence in public life. He encouraged Mr Krizanovic to address the concerns of citizens and demonstrate that State institutions are working to improve people’s lives.
