The High Representative, Wolfgang Petritsch, is concerned about the motives for yesterday’s inspection of Dnevni Avaz’s printing house and accounting documentation by the Federation Tax Police.
The High Representative has noted the ongoing dispute between the SDA and Dnevni Avaz. He stresses that agencies responsible for financial and tax control must not be misused for political purposes, and must uphold the highest professional standards in the execution of their duties.
The OHR has met with representatives from Dnevni Avaz and will keep a close eye on further developments.
