High Representative Appoints David L. Upcher to BiH Prosecutor’s Office

The High Representative, Paddy Ashdown, has appointed David L. Upcher as international prosecutor and as Deputy Chief Prosecutor and Head of the Special Department for Organised Crime, Economic Crime and Corruption of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina. The appointment is for two years from the date of taking up official duties, which occurs on 3 December 2005.
