News Summary
Exhumation of bodies from Serb Sarajevo mass graves conducted without IC presence
Five expert teams from the BiH Federation exhumed 250 bodies from seven mass graves discovered in the RS and one in the BiH Federation over the last 18 days. In Serb Sarajevo, five expert teams at four mass graves and several individual graves exhumed 110 victims. President of the State Missing Person’s Commission Amor Masovic stated that now they “are exhuming a 4th mass grave in Serb Sarajevo, without (the presence of) international representatives, the Contact Group Ambassador or Ms. Stiglmayer, even though this is also Sarajevo as it was at the Lav cemetery. The only difference is that this is a matter of four mass graves and at the Lav cemetery, there were only individual graves.” Masovic stated that, as was the case with all mass graves in the Sarajevo area, it is absolutely clear and can be proven that mass graves were partially dug earlier and bodies removed from them but he does not know for what purpose.

LBO claims SDA started rumor
LBO President Muhamed Filipovic stated at a press conference that there is no satisfactory and rational plan for economic, political and social development in BiH. Filipovic stated that the paradox is that voters persistently vote for the same people and the opposition is responsible for this because it is not united. Filipovic denied claims that Tuzla Canton Prime Minister Hazim Vikalo left the SDA for the LBO, saying that the report is false and was launched by the SDA and that “the LBO is not a party that accepts trash.”

SPP asks IMC to take action against Zenica authority
The SPP sharply condemns “the attacks by Head of Zenica Municipality Ferid Alic on journalists in Zenica by trying to turn them into your servants.” The SPP expects the IMC to take energetic action on preventing pressure on the media by handing down the appropriate penalties, not only verbal warnings and public condemnation.

Kljuic addresses letter to Separovic regarding Abdic extradition
LS Party President Stjepan Kljuic, in a letter sent to Croatian Minister of Justice Zvonimir Separovic, said “Zagreb’s persistent protection of Fikret Abdic at any price is not only a political failure but a move that brings potent animosity toward Croatian policy from the International Community. Abdic should be held responsible for what he did to the people in BiH and not in Croatia.”
