Koln

Foreign ministers of G8 countries agreed on the Security Council draft for Kosovo today, confirmed the spokesperson of the State Department and the French Interior Minister spokesperson. The talks on further developments that would bring peace will continue between the seven most developed countries and Russia. The Russian Foreign Minister, Igor Iwanow, said further talks on how the international troops would be formed were needed. The US State Secretary, Madeleine Albright, said that the Serbs would not be allowed to control entering or departing from Kosovo.

Yugoslavia

After four days of calm, NATO continued the air strikes on Belgrade and Novi Sad on Monday night. One was individual was killed while another five were wounded in the air strikes, Natasa Narancic, the OBN reporter from Belgrade confirmed. During the last week, over 1,300 refugees from Kosovo have arrived to the Rozaje Municipality in Macedonia. In Brussels, NATO confirmed they would continue intensifying the air strikes on Yugoslavia until Slobodan Milosevic withdraw military and police troops from Kosovo.

Sarajevo

A report on the session of the Representative House of the BiH Assembly not adopting the laws on citizenship and the BiH flag today. A decision to prolong the expiry date of current passports to September 30th was agreed.

This was followed by the BiH Federation agreeing nine of twelve annexes suggested by the Republic of Croatia. Two new annexes were suggested and now there are five annexes to be agreed within the next 15 days. However, the BiH Federation Government believe the meeting on special relations between the Republic Croatia and BiH Federation, scheduled for the end of the week in Zagreb, will be successful.

Banja Luka

The US Special Envoy for the Balkans, Robert Gelbard, visited Banja Luka today. He met with the RS Prime Minister, Milorad Dodik, and discussed economic and political issues as well as new donations from the US Government to the RS.

The Hague

The International Tribunal for War Crimes announced today that the Bosnian Serb, Dragan Kulundzija, the ex commander of a prison camp, was detained in the Hague today. Kulundzija was arrested yesterday by NATO troops and his first appearance before the Court will decided soon.

This was followed by a report from the press conference of the international organizations in BiH. The UN spokesperson, as well as others representatives of the international organizations, welcomed the successful ending of the session to establish a Municipality Assembly in Srebrenica.

Travnik

A piece on the continuation of the trial of Muris Ljubuncic in Travnik, suspected for killing police officer, Ante Valjan. Three witnesses appeared before the Court today.

Sarajevo

A report on the regional conference about electronic and computer systems in BiH. The patron of the conference was the Co-chairman of the BiH Council of Ministers, Haris Silajdzic. Participants were discussing problems with the possible collapse of computer systems due to the change of date next year.

This was followed by a piece on illegal use of computer programs in BiH and pirating.

A report on a meeting between directors of Cantonal Agencies for Privatization with the management of the BiH Federation Agency for Privatization. The main topic of discussion was preparations of citizens and companies for the forthcoming process of privatization.

World

A report on the first democratic elections in Indonesia was followed by a report on the current situation with Kashmir and the tragedy which occurred in India where 85 bodies were removed from the lake where their passenger bus crashed. A report on the trial of the Kurd leader in Turkey.

Srebrenica

It took more than a year to arrange the first session of the Srebrenica Municipality Government. The session was held yesterday. This was the first precondition for getting international support for reconstruction. The next step would be the return of expelled Bosniaks. OBN reporter, Amarildo Gutic, produced a report.

Mostar

A report on the return to the Mostar Municipality in the Bacevici where the Scottish organization SEA have reconstructed 39 houses.

Tuzla

This was followed by a report on the return to villages Teocak, Tusanovo Brdo and Mumbasic, in the Tuzla area. The process of return is ongoing.

Cazin

A piece on return to Lusci Palanka where the process of return was supported by the Norwegian Council for Refugees. New donors have been secured.

Sport

A report on local football matches and NBA were presented.
