High Representative's Decision Decision extending until 4 April 1999 the deadline for filing claims to socially owned apartments in the Federation Sarajevo, 15 September 1998

In accordance with my authority under Annex 10 of the Peace Agreement and Article XI of the Bonn Document, I do hereby decide that the Law on Amendments to the Law on the Cessation of the Application of the Law on Abandoned Apartments shall enter into force on 15 September 1998 on an interim basis, until such time as it is adopted by the Federation Parliament in due form, without amendments or conditions attached. 15 September 1998 Carlos Westendorp High Representative Sarajevo Law on Amendments to the Law on the Cessation of the Application of the Law on Abandoned Apartments

Article 1 By way of this law, the Law on the Cessation of the Application of the Law on Abandoned Apartments (Official Gazette of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina 11/98, 3 April 1998, hereafter: the Law) shall be amended Article 2 In Article 5 of the Law, the word six shall be replaced by the word "twelve".
