Note to the Agreement on the Implementation of the Constituent Peoples’ Decision of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina

On 27 March 2002, we, the undersigned political leaders, reached agreement on the following plan to implement the four partial decisions of the Constitutional Court of BiH of the year 2000 in case number 5/98. The full content of this agreement is attached.

Agreement on the Implementation of the Constituent Peoples’ Decision of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina

The legislative authority shall be exercised in the RS by the RSNA and the Council of Peoples and in the Federation by the House of Representatives and the House of Peoples.
