The Chairman of the BiH Presidency, Zivko Radisic met today with the Bulgarian Ambassador to BiH, Marko Markov to discuss bilateral relations and the implementation of the DA, as well as economic and military stabilisation issues.

In his interview to Sarajevo’s “Ljiljan”, Zivko Radisic stated there was no genocide against the Muslims in the past war, and if there were any genocide it was committed against all three nations. When asked about the relations of the RS and the FRY, he said the Agreement on special relations had already been signed and it did not need any ratification from the BiH Parliament. He also rejected the possibility of the single BiH armed forces, and expressed hope that the final decision for Brcko will be reached soon.

The payment operations between the RS and the FRY will be established again from January 1, 1999 said the Finance Minister, Novak Kondic. He said this was the result of the talks between Presidents Poplasen and Milosevic on Friday in Belgrade.
