The misunderstanding in the Federal MUP on the new license plates has developed into a confrontation between the Muslim and Croat officials, accusing each other for mutual disrespect of the decisions brought by the HR. In a letter addressed to the HR, Mehmed Zilic, Federal Minister of Internal Affairs complained that he had no authority in the Croat controlled areas. Croat authorities in BiH are refusing to implement the HR decision on issuing of single license plates, and they are supported by the Minister’s Deputy, Croat Jozo Leutar.
