“All RS institutions have fulfilled their obligations harmonised with the Office of the High Representative and Brcko Supervisor, Farrand so we expect that the forthcoming arbitration session will reach a final decision on Brcko status” – Slavko Mitrovic, SNSD Executive Board member, said at a press conference. Mitrovic underlined that Brane Miljus is not a member of the SNSD as of January 3, 1999 and that his nomination is an attempt to destabilise the RS. Mitrovic reminded that the PM designate was nominated by the RS President without previous consultations with the SNSD and “that is why the SNSD started an initiative, which would be presented in the RS National Assembly, to change the Law which regulates nomination, election and recall of the RS President. We did not say that we would propose recall of President Poplasen but we propose changing the Law” – Mitrovic said.
