The RS Government, at its regular session, has adopted a decision to speed up implementation of its decisions made in the past. A new way of evidencing goods transport to the Federation is established. The Government has also accepted demands made from the student organisation.

The RS President, Biljana Plavsic, has said to “NIN” magazine that she was inclined to favour the forming of a national unity government and expressed her fears that that would not happen if SDS started to act in a revanchist manner. To a question whether Milorad Dodik should be PM in the new government, she said that it would be good for the RS to have a person that is accepted by the world.

Zivko Radisic refuted the slightest possibility of cooperation between the Sloga and parties from the Federation in the RS National Assembly. “As the SPRS President I can say with full responsibility that there was no pre or post election coalition with the parties from the Federation”.- Radisic said.

The B&H Council of Ministers discussed the proposal of the Paris Club of Trustees on B&H debt rescheduling. Ministers have accepted text of agreement on Ploce harbour and corridor through Neum, which is to be sent to the B&H Presidency and Parliament.

Over 97% of expelled Serbs have said they wanted to stay in the RS. This is the result of a public poll conducted by the Association of expelled Serbs “Ostanak”. The poll comprised approximately 80,000 Serbs from Banja Luka, Prijedor, and Doboj.
