News Summary

Several thousand Croats want to return in Banja Luka and RS – Banja Luka Bishop Franjo Komarica

Banja Luka Bishop Franjo Komarica assessed that those persons who desire to remain in Croatia are spreading misinformation concerning the return to Banja Luka. They now have better houses, apartments and better political positions in Croatia than they did in Banja Luka. Komarica said that he has information that several thousand Croats wanted to return to the RS. The largest percent of the domicile Serb (urban) population said that they wanted their neighbors to return. However, people from rural regions now residing in Banja Luka said that the Croats could not return to their houses and apartments now, because they also wanted to remain in the city, Komarica concluded.
