- OSCE announces first preliminary election results for 68 of 164 RS and BiH Federation municipalities; SDS presidential candidates won 47.9% of vote, SNSD 31.3%, PDP 9%; in race for RS National Assembly, SDS wins 36.8%, SNSD 17.9%, PDP 15.4%; in race for BiH House of Representatives, SDS wins 41.3%, PDP 19.2% and SNSD-DSP 13%
