Despite unchanged OHR opinion that the RS Designate should be Milorad Dodik, RS President Poplasen did not withdraw proposal to appoint Brane Miljus for the Designate. The RS Party of Independent Social Democrats is holding the session tonight, discussing Miljus’ appointment for the RS designate.

Coalition for Democratic and United BiH also did not change the opinion that Milorad Dodik should be the RS Designate. CDU BiH representative for the RS, Bico said that Miljus stated he already has necessary majority in the RS Assembly, which would lead toward establishment of the Government of Serb National Unity, and the CDU BiH would not support such government, as well as the International Community.

Seven days of cease-fire in Kosovo resulted only with minor incidents, but new bodies were found, two Serbs and one Albanian were killed last night. The Kosovo Liberation Army founded its radio station and news agency called “Free Kosovo”.
