US Secretary of the State, Albright repeated that if Serbia wants any international aid, it has to get rid of Slobodan Milosevic. Severe condemnations of the recent massacre of 14 Serbs arrive from all sides, Serbian, KFOR and Albanian officials. The KLA refuted any responsibility for this massacre. KFOR initiated intensive investigation in order to apprehend and sentence the perpetrators.

Montenegro and its President, Milo Djukanovic will also take place in Stability Pact Summit, as observers. The RS MUP has formed the operation HQ for the summit in Pale, in order to provide safety for delegations that will reside in hotel capacities in Jahorina. Co-ordination between RS and Federation MUPs and SFOR is continued. About 75% of preparations for the Summit were already done.
