British FA Minister, Cook visited Kosovo. Cook promised full support of his Government to the Hague Tribunal investigators. KFOR officials held separate conversations with Yugoslav Army representatives on recent withdrawal from Kosovo, and with the KLA representatives on transformation of this military organisation to a civilian one. In this regard, NATO Secretary General Solana said that KFOR will use force if necessary to disarm the KLA. UNHCR published that 60.300 Serbs left Kosovo so far.

Serbian electronic media reported that the Belgrade Airport is re-opened for traffic. The only present line is Belgrade-Tivat.
The establishing meeting of Croat Forum was held in Sarajevo, behind the closed doors. Ante Jelavic gave a comment on the Croat Forum and said that “it is about time to say ‘stop’ to divisions of Croats, to make a turning point and to encourage Croats in BiH and remind them on their continuing existence in BiH.”

Federation President Ivo Andric-Luzanski delivered to Croatian Embassy first officially-signed annexes on co-operation in science, technology, high education and tourism between BiH and Croatia.
Presidency member Radisic said that establishment of diplomatic relations between BiH and Yugoslavia is in the interest of all nations in BiH, and stated this argument as the key motive of his initiative for withdrawal of BiH lawsuit against FRY at the Court of Justice in Hague. Radisic said he did not crossed out of his jurisdiction when he appointed co-agent at the International Court of Justice in Hague. Radisic added that even if he did violate his authority, then it is an illegal reaction to illegal cause. Radisic said that lawsuit of BiH against FRY is opposite Dayton and Paris agreement, and that BiH interest is to establish diplomatic relations with FRY.

The Institute for investigation of war crimes held a press conference, on Radisic’s action to withdraw the BiH lawsuit against FRY. The Institute estimated Radisic’s action as misuse of position and work for the crime, Director of the Institute, Cekic said.
