Gacice village was blocked again this morning. Croat women from Gacice blocked the local road, and Garic, the reason for the blockade as said by Vitez municipality governor, is return of Croats to Velika Bukovica, a village near Travnik, which was not carried out yet. Bosniaks from Vitez say that the blockade was previously prepared, for the local police demanded from citizens who are not on returnee lists to leave the village.

Election Appellation Subcommittee made the decision on removal of 9 Serb Radical Party candidates from election lists. The reason of this is broadcasting of interviews of Nikola Poplasen and Vojislav Seselj in the time of electoral blackout. OSCE said that candidates, Kanjaric, Geric and Uljarevic were removed from the list of candidates for BiH Parliament Assembly House of Representatives, while candidates Sainovic, Blagojevic, Tadic, Vukojcic, Damjanovic and Cvijetic were removed from the candidates list for the RS National Assembly.

Ljubisa Savic – Mauzer, former RS Police head, made a press statement and presented the data on the case of Knezevic murder, and corruption and criminal within IPTF. Savic said that during the investigation of the Knezevic case, a connection was obvious between the ‘Serb Mafia’ of the SDS and certain members of international organisations and IPTF. Savic also said that some of international officials are corrupted, and mentioned the name of UN official Baumont and added that criminal is still present within the RS MUP.

Conflicts in the Drenica region of Kosovo were renewed today. Heavy fighting was also recorded in the north region of Kosovo. The Kosovo Liberation Army said that Serbian forces suffered significant loss in this region, and that about 100 Serbian soldiers where killed, while the KLA had five killed soldiers.

Children’ s village was opened in Gracanica. “SOS-Kinderdorf” International established the children’s village and 72 children without parental care will find excellent condition for living and education in 12 Bosniak houses. CoM Co-chairman Silajdzic said that when the aggression began, we wondered if there was any good people left in the world. This is the proof that we will not live in the world where everything has the price but nothing has the value.
