US rescue teams continued their search for John F. Kennedy Junior, his wife and his sister in law, as their plane crashed into ocean. No recovery has been made so far while US public fears that the only remaining son of the most popular US president John F. Kennedy has been lost for good.

New mass graves have been found in Kosovo. At the same time, UN Special Envoy for Kosovo, Kouchner started meetings with Kosovo Serbs religious leader about the status of Kosovo Serbs. As of last night, Serb Renewal Movement President, Draskovic demands Milosevic’s resignation, thus joining increasing public demands for Milosevic’s departure from the authorities.

The International Community recently promoted Jacques Klein to the post of UN Mission to Bosnia Special Envoy. Jacques Klein gave an interview to the Sarajevo ONASA agency in regard with his new post and commented on some important issues in BiH, such is the judiciary, BiH relations with its neighbours, corruption and economy.

Recent agreement between Serb Citizens Council of Tuzla, Democratic Council of Bosniaks from the RS from Bijeljina and Association of refugees and displaced persons from Tuzla region based in Bijeljina, covered reconstruction of demolished housing units in the Tuzla municipality, Simin Han, Caplovici, Pozarnica and Kovacica. This project includes return of 179 Serb families from Bijeljina and Janja to Tuzla. The return is organised by the principle “key for key”.

President of the Glamoc Municipality Council, Jovicic accused International Community for not fulfilling the obligations regarding conditions for refugee return to this municipality, because the IC does not implement the agreed projects of housing capacities reconstruction. Jovicic said that a contract was made with UMCOR two months ago, on reconstruction of 70 houses and 24 apartments for Serb returnees, but that only 12 houses were reconstructed so far.
