TV BiH News Summary:

Posters calling for ‘Mobilisation’ and ‘Referendum’ appear in towns of Livno Canton early on Monday (01:55) Posters calling for ‘Mobilization’ and ‘Referendum’ in red letters on black backgrounds appeared in west Mostar and other municipalities of the Livno Canton early on Monday. No political party or association has taken responsibility for the posters. Livno Canton Interior Minister’s Chief of Cabinet Petar Buljan speculated that the incident could be related to the pre-election campaign and should not be taken too seriously. The OHR expressed concern about the incident for two reasons: first, if it is related to the pre-election campaign, some political party has started its campaign too early. Second, it is very serious if someone wants to revise the Dayton Agreement through a referendum [of the Croat people only] because there are legal ways of changing the Constitution, said OHR spokesperson Sonja Pastulovic on Monday.
