Sarajevo

High Representative made the decision on amandments in Law on the post in B&H Presidency. B&H Parliamentary Assembly adopted the Law on July 31st 2000. According to that Law, House of Representatives will elect member of the Presidency after the elections in November. Slobodan Maksimovic produced the report.

Sarajevo

Alija Delimustafic, owner of Cenex Company and B&H Bank, is not the only suspect in the case of financial malversation in B&H Bank. There are few more persons whose names are not announced in public in the interest of the investigation. Delimustafic is accused for misusing his position. The report was produced by Amarildo Gutic.

Vojislav Kostunica is the presidential candidate for the presidential elections in Yugoslavia.

4 foreign citizens will stand trial at the Military Court in Belgrade, Yugoslavia. They are accused for preparing terroristic attack on Yugoslavia.

At least 4 persons were injured at Israeli – Lebanon border.

Sarajevo

Five years after the war only 17 of 335 requests for return of property was fulfilled in Sarajevo Municipality Centar. The reason is obstruction by authorities. Damir Kaletovic produced the report.

Banja Luka

The parks and green spaces are full of tobacco stores in Banja Luka. The Mayor of Banja Luka says that the ex City Authorities are responsible for this. Nedjeljka Berberina reported.

Vares

More than thousand citizens of Borovica village, in Vares, who live in Croatia and other European countries had a chance to see that reconstruction of their houses is improving. Some people already returned. Branka Vrebac produced the report.

Mostar

Ambassador David H. Simpson is the new Director of OSCE Regional Centre Mostar. Ambassador Robert Berry, Head of the OSCE mission in B&H introduced Ambassador Simpson on the press conference. Alisa Dzebo reported.

Banja Luka

The process of voucher privatisation is in the last phase in RS. Citizens of Banja Luka can already use their vouchers and their distribution will end on August 20th 2000. Darko Savic produced the report.

Mostar

” Unique sign – unique place” is the common project in the manifestation Mostar Summer 2000. Artists from both sides of the City will participate in this project. The project was initiated by Association of artists from 40 cities in Central Europe. Misijana Brkic produced the report.
