Tuzla
Association of the Zvornik municipality inhabitants organised a meeting of refugees from this area in Tuzla today. The participants discussed concrete activities regarding the process of return. The participants of the meeting issued a special declaration which stressed the respecting of the Dayton Peace Agreement and concrete steps regarding the return to the town of Zvornik. Sarajevo
The BiH Association of Refugees and Displaced Persons met with the delegation of the US Institute for Peace. The main topics of the talks were transparency of donations for BiH refugees and providing of jobs for returnees. The Association of Refugees presented concrete projects for starting new jobs in the areas where returnees came back. The US Institute for Peace promised that the funds would be provided for important projects of reconstruction. The piece was produced by OBN reporter, Anes Alic.
Banja Luka
A non-governmental organisation of refugee Serbs from Croatia and Krajina held a round table meeting in Banja Luka today. The topic of the discussion was “Serb People in Krajina and Croatia, Today and Tomorrow”. Representatives of all association of refugee Serbs participated in the meeting as well as representatives of Serbs who stayed in the Republic of Croatia. A general estimation was that there will be a return but with a much of hardship. The report was produced by OBN reporter from the Banja Luka, Sanela Zivkovic.
This was followed by a report on the Ostojic family who fled their home in the Republic of Croatia in 1998. Currently they are placed in a village near Kotor Varos, where they live in extremely difficult conditions. OBN reporter from the area, Suzana Vukcevic, produced the report.
Vitez
The Croat political leadership of Srednja Bosna and associations of soldiers, unsatisfied with the verdict on the HVO General Tihomir Blaskic by the Hague Tribunal, held a meeting in Vitez today. Senior Croat officials in Bosnia and Herzegovina attended the meeting. The participants of the meeting said that the General Blaskic was innocent and they asked Croat political leadership in BiH to call a session where their position towards the Hague Tribunal would be analyzed, Olivera Dimac confirmed for TV INFO.
Mostar
An item on the graffiti in the West part of the town of Mostar which occurred after the verdict on General Blaskic. Offensive graffiti also occurred on the walls near the hub of OHR and other international organisations situated in the Ero hotel. The UN Secretary General, Kofi Annan, in his report to the Security Council, said that the violence from Kosovo could spread up in the province and in the South of Serbia. The UN Mission in Kosovska Mitrovica announced stopping of the action of return of Kosovo Albanians from the South to the North part of the town and the beginning of registration of Serbs who want to return to their apartments in the South part of Kosovska Mitrovica. This was followed by a piece on current events in Chechnya. Last night, some 75 Russian soldiers were ambushed and killed by Chechen soldiers. A rain storm over the Indian Ocean threat to endanger Mozambique again. Some 15,000 people is still cut off. The report was produced by OBN journalist, Adis Saranovic.

A round table meeting of pensioners from both BiH entities was held in Banja Luka today. The topic was “Rights of Pensioners in Bosnia and Herzegovina”. Bosanski Novi (Novi Grad)
A new law on the local management will be enacted after the local elections scheduled for April. However, a number of cases of breaching of the current law is recorded, especially in smaller municipalities such is Novi Grad, OBN reporter from the area, Milena Letic-Joves, confirmed.
Zenica
