The B&H Parliament adopted a proposal for the Law on the Council of Ministers, according to which it will consist of a Chairman and 6 ministries. There are several conditions that should be fulfilled in order for B&H to become a member of the Council of Europe. B&H is now further than ever from membership of the Council of Europe, said the B&H Foreign Minister, Jadranko Prlic. The report was produced by OBN journalist Damir Kaletovic.

In the RS, the SDS leads in 54 municipalities, the SNS in 3 and the SNSD in 2 municipalities. These are the most transparent elections organised by the OSCE, said the OSCE spokesperson, Tanya Domi.
