Central Bank has announced that value of the building and furniture has to be estimated before the final liquidation of the National Bank. It is also not yet clear if the funds transferred to Promdei Bank will be returned before the liquidation since the head of Promdei Bank who was also behind the transactions was killed in Zagreb last month. The Hague
Vinko Martinovic Stela will appear in front of the court in The Hague on August 12 to plead guilty or not guilty for all items of the indictment. USA Government appeals on Croatian authorities to extradite another indicted war criminal, Mladen Naletilic Tuta, who is currently in prison medical facility in Zagreb.
Srebrenica
Excavation of a mass grave related to the massacre in Srebrenica was finalized during the weekend by the forensic experts from The Hague. More then 200 people were found in the grave. Remains will be transferred to The Hague for further analysis. Report prepared by the OBN reporter Zeljka Lekic.
Busovaca
Coordinating Body of the Government of Srednjebosanski Canton for the return of refugees visited Busovaca accompanied by representatives of international organizations. The goal is to analyse results in several important areas regarding the more efficient return of refugees. The situation in this municipality is improving, but not enough.
Kosovska Mitrovica
Sporadic attacks on British and Russian forces near Pristina and Kamenica. Meeting between Albanians and Serbs in Kosovska Mitrovica ended without result. Another mass grave with 97 bodies was discovered in western parts of Kosovo. Anti-government protests all around Serbia continue.

Schools in cantons with Croat majority will not follow the curriculum of Republic of Croatia in the new school year. Ministers for education from these cantons held a meeting and adopted the new curriculum that is in the accordance with the request of the international community.
Bijeljina
Pupils in primary schools in Bijeljina will start using new textbooks with the curriculum prepared by the authorities of RS in the next school year. That automatically eliminates the usage of textbooks from Yugoslavia.
400 kids from Banja Luka, Mostar, Zenica, Sarajevo and other parts of Bosnia spent their summer vacations on Sicily. Italian NGO Luciano Lama with the help of Children’s Embassy built this bridge of friendship between Bosnia and Sicily.
Zenica
One man was seriously injured in the shooting in the centre of Zenica. Police is still investigating this case.
Sport:
Open School of Football organised the meeting of kids from both entities in Pale. The main goal of this school is not to make new stars, but to enable children to get to know each other and cross ethnic and other boundaries.
