Decision on the Changes to the Decision Establishing the Directorate for Police Restructuring Implementation

Further to Articles 17 and 22 of the Law on the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina   (“Official Gazette of BiH”, no. 30/03, 42/03), the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina, at its 103^rd session held on December 29, 2005, adopted the following  

DECISION 

ON THE CHANGES TO THE DECISION ESTABLISHING THE DIRECTORATE FOR POLICE RESTRUCTURING IMPLEMENTATION  

Article 1 

(1)    In the Decision establishing the Directorate for Police Restructuring Implementation, CoM no. 241/05, dated   December 8, 2005 , Article 6, paragraph 1 is changed as follows: number “12” is replaced by number “13”. 

(2)    The same Article, paragraph 1, point g), the word “deputy” is replaced by the word “deputies”. 

Article 2 

Article 9, under paragraphs 1 and 2 the word “deputy” is replaced by the word  “deputies”. 

Article 3 

Article 12, paragraph 3, the word “deputy” is replaced by the word “deputies”. 

Article 4 

In Annex “A” 2. “Deputy Director of the Executive”, the word: “1 employee” is replaced by the word “2 employees “. 

Article 5 

This Decision shall enter into effect upon adoption and shall become applicable as of January 1, 2006 This Decision shall be published in the “Official Gazette of BiH”.
